Our Management

A great team starts with great management. Amy Smith is our Office Manager and has been with the agency for more than 14 years. She is a lifelong resident of the area and specializes in personal lines and life insurance, including our annuities and IRA’s. Tasha Haun is our Office Manager and has been with the agency for more than 4 years. She is a lifelong resident of Shenandoah County and specializes in both personal and commercial insurance. Their overall combined experience and approach establish a great foundation for our clients.

We are only as good as the people we employ. Having some of the best agents in the business is what makes us so different, and we take pride in that. David DeWarf is our Outside Sales Manager and he brings over 10 years sales and customer service experience with him. Brenna Muckle is a life long resident and focuses primarily on personal lines insurance and service. Jennifer Smith lives in Frederick County and specializes in Personal Lines Insurance. Karen Thurley is a personal lines specialist and has over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. She also holds a VA Notary License. Sharon Harrison brings a long term background running a local office and has been a long term resident of Shenandoah County, and specializes in personal lines. Brittany Sherfey was raised in Shenandoah County, graduating from Strasburg High in 2009. She enjoys spending time outdoors camping, beach trips and spending time with her children!
